OVERVIEW

 

Mindfulness gives us the ability to stay calm and present, to gently and wisely transform our difficult experiences into understanding. This workshop aims to introduce participants to the concepts of mindfulness, look at the benefits of mindfulness and to explore how it might be introduced into everyday life as well as the classroom. This six-week course will introduce you to the concept of mindfulness and how to apply it for personal wellbeing. Each session runs for 2 hours.
