OVERVIEW

 

The power of thought is central in creating our experience of life. In this introduction, we explore both the nature of mind and thought. In this introduction we explore the nature of mind and thought. In order to build our wellbeing we need to become more aware of our negative thinking patterns and understand how these patterns cause us to experience challenges. At the end of the day, we need to use thinking flexibly – to make valuable choices no matter what thoughts are pressing on us to act. This session runs for 90 minutes.
