our Consultancy Services

Pathways to Resilience provides unique, customised packages to meet the needs of all professionals working with children and families. We can put together a tailored wellbeing pathway for your team, and offer ongoing support in the form of coaching and mentoring.

Inclusion Support: Innovative Solutions Support Projects

Pathways’ consultants can work with you and your team to deliver capacity building projects that address barriers to inclusion, including challenges with behaviour. The Inclusion Support Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment. More information can be found at Inclusion Support QLD. We recommend that you get in touch with us directly to develop a bespoke project that meets the specific needs of your service.

Kindy Uplift

Kindy Uplift funding can be used used to fund participation in any of our programs. Pathways to Resilience is a named provider for the C&K Queensland Kindy Uplift catalogue as well as Lady Gowrie. Our programs build educator capability, support inclusion and improve children’s learning and development needs through evidence-based initiatives that lift outcomes for kindergarten children. We recommend that you get in touch with us directly to discuss how we can assist with your Kindy Uplift planning, with availability from July-December 2024.

Our Tailored Wellbeing Pathways are created through collaboration with individual centres, schools and organisations. We offer a range of workshops and programs which can be adapted for your setting, and delivered over your desired timeframe.

Coaching and Mentoring

Alongside participation in a Wellbeing Pathway, early years centres, schools and organisations are able to engage the Pathways team as coaches and mentors. As you put the knowledge, strategies and tools we have shared into practice, we provide ongoing support in the form of observation, modelling and reflective conversation.

YFS

We are currently partnering with YFS as they launch their new service - the Thriving Families Project, an early intervention and family coaching service working with young families in Logan.

As critical friend and trainer to the Thriving Families team, Pathways to Resilience is delivering a tailor-made package of workshops, and providing ongoing mentoring.

Save the Children

Pathways to Resilience has an ongoing partnership with Save the Children. Our team has delivered training to Save the Children staff in Brisbane, Doomadgee, Mornington Island and Mount Isa. We have also mentored staff to assist them in working with the children and families in their unique contexts.
